Every day, Moni answers many questions from new members, who are a bit lost and have no contact with their sponsor. As we roll out the new site updates, we are striving to make the interface as intuitive as possible, so that new members who do not have contact with their sponsor can find their way. Please, if you have new referrals, contact them and support them as much as possible as they get started. You will both make much more money if your new referral actually knows what they are doing, so earn your commissions by being a Rockstar sponsor.

NEW WEBSITE

Just 3 days ago, we launched our beautiful new design, and we're simply blown away by your responses!  Ohhh my goodness, it's so good to know how much you love our new look! The
positive comments in the Skype rooms and the heartwarming personal messages Moni and I have received make all the hard work worthwhile. We're really proud of what we have been building for you and to have such amazing feedback is just the icing on the cake!

Over the coming days and weeks, we will be rolling out more intuitive features to make your HourlyRevShare membership experience even more rewarding and uncomplicated. Our custom script is still to come, which will give more advanced functionality, including inter-wallet transfers between Commissions and Rebates, better Asset reporting (meaning you will be able to see your Active Ad Pack inventory split into Basic, Premium and VIP) and more detailed information relating to your downlines.

Many of you have noticed that there are still some corrections to be made and things to be “straightened out”. Despite our best intentions, we didn't quite manage to have all that done before launch, so please bear with us as we tidy up. Typos, non-compliant verbiage, broken links and layout corrections will all be taken care of in fairly short order. Both Moni and I are paying ongoing attention to these things.

Our next goal is to significantly improve the speed and performance of the site, aiming for 0% downtime. To aid us in this, we have installed litespeed WebServer. Here’s what it’s going to do for us:

BANNERS – MALWARE – OBJECTIONABLE SITES

Moni has been receiving a steady stream of complaints about malware and objectionable banners, which is really disappointing to me. As a result, we will shortly be publishing Terms of Service for our Rotator, and will be soon implementing stricter controls over banner submissions.  As soon as possible, we will be screening all banners and ads submitted for display on the site, so that any with objectionable content and malware attached will simply be dumped. Credits for offending banners will not be reinstated if these are found and removed.

PAYOUTS

This is an area of ongoing frustration for members and for HRS staff as well. Due to the slowness of the site, the adding of payouts brought it virtually to a standstill and made what should have been a 4 hour job a grueling 14 hour marathon for Anelie and a source of irritation to the members.

I’d like to remind everyone that HRS undertakes to pay everyone within 48 – 72 hours, according to our FAQ. Liberty Reserve and Perfect Money are paid out at 12 hourly intervals, i.e. twice in a 24 hour period. STP and EGOpay, are paid out periodically throughout the day, STP due to sheer volume to aid manageability. Please DO NOT PANIC if you do not see your withdrawal processed in the customary timeframe of a few hours. Bear in mind that we are incredibly spoiled by Anelie’s propensity to pay very quickly, and let’s not lose sight of that blessing. Expect it to take 72 hours and you will ALWAYS get paid early!

LIBERTY RESERVE

Our new LiteSpeed Web Server and our ongoing work on validating pay processor account details in member profiles will see a significant improvement in the reliability of payouts, however in the case of Liberty Reserve, another decision has had to be made.

Effective immediately, Liberty Reserve is no longer an approved Payment Processor option for HourlyRevShare. Last week saw our LR funds hacked to the tune of $850 000. I have replaced $500 000 from my own pocket, and must now make up the remaining loss of $350 000 from my trading activities, which I expect to take about a month.

This was truly a blow to my heart, caused me much stress and grief in the last week and it has lead me to this decision to do away with Liberty Reserve. I realize that this will be inconvenient for about 20% of the HRS membership, but it must be done to protect the membership and the business.

I could retain Liberty Reserve to satisfy the 20% that use it, but it would mean ongoing risk and stress that it could happen again, and ongoing losses that even HRS cannot afford. I simply cannot keep replacing stolen funds ongoing, I am not Bill Gates or Warren Buffet, paying out $500 000 from my own pocket was extremely painful, as you would expect, so this decision had to be made before it happens again.

Security and regularity of members payouts is of the utmost importance, I cannot put that at risk, it is too important to me to be able to pay everyone smooth fast, within 24 hours, without loss or worry of loss.

The alternatives for Liberty Reserve users are these:

1. Full refund of any accounts not yet in profit. Please note that this option is only open to members who are not in profit. Any member who uses libertyreserve and is already in profit can only ask that their ad packs be moved to stp and it will be done.

2. $ for $ transfer from LR wallet to STP wallet, for the current value of rebates and commissions held in LR wallets.

Please Contact us for Refund or for moving Adpacks in STP and it will be done ASAP humanly possible. Our accounts department is compiling all LR deposits and payment report sheets to determine those in profit as well as those who are not. This report will taking between 3 to 5 days after which we shall start refund for those who are qualified for lr refund and also move from lr to stp for affected members.

BANK WIRE FACILITY (REPEAT POST)

With the launch of our new site we are delighted to announce the launch of our Bank Wire Service. We have partnered with www.loyalbank.com who will provide us with bank wire services. STP users who do not yet have an STP may be encouraged to apply, as this will allow you to access a free LoyalBank account.

Minimum inbound transaction is USD 3000, maximum inbound transaction is USD15000; however more may be funded through multiple transactions. Members may enquire after banking details, as we will not be publishing account details on the site for security reasons.

Once a bank wire transaction has been initiated, a scanned copy of the receipt / details may be emailed to us at hrs.bankwire@gmail.com and we will credit your Ad Packs purchase to your account without delay, so that you are not disadvantaged by the timeframe for clearance.

The minimum for withdrawal by wire will be USD1500, max USD15000, for which the time frame will be 3-5 business days. Withdrawal requests will be processed the same day, meaning 3-4 days remaining until the funds reach your bank.
