Ok, i can see it's time to post in the rooms for everyone again, I am repeating myself in PM too often:
For all of you who are still asking why our withdrawals are delayed, here is the nitty gritty. Please dont PM me about this, I haven't got a hope of keeping up and its causing members who really have support issues that they need help with to have to wait too long for a reply from me.
After I post this, I will be purging all 219 PMs and 736 add contact requests from this account. If you have a legitimate problem that we need to fix for you, please don't PM me, please send a ticket tohttp://www.hourlyrevshare.net/
Connie and I are working flat out to answer in both skype and helpdesk right now and it would really help us to have all support issues in the one place.
OK here is the deal on the delays with payouts. I would ask you to share this in any HRS chats you are in and also with your downlines.
Here goes:
These delays have come about due to a few things.
1. On 21st of March, Anelie took time to process all of the LR/STP moves, which took time that she would normally have spent processing payouts. Theoretically that should have been fine, as we state in our FAQ that we undertake to payout within 48 - 72 hours.
2. What she couldnt have predicted was that, also on the 21st, Profitable Sunrise closed their doors, which triggered a ton of panic withdrawals from HRS, resulting in a lot of extra transactions to process.
3. We now have 38000 members, who are all transacting and withdrawing, because they can. Back when we had less than 20K members it was a piece of cake to pay everyone in hours. Not so simple any longer.
As i write this, i'm waiting for Anelie to get off a call, so we can do payouts together, so i can learn what to do. Starting either today or tomorrow, i will be processing payouts while she is offline overnight, so that we can catch up and get back to a normal timeframe.
Please let your downline know that we are working very hard to bring everything back within normal timeframes, and we really appreciate everyone's patience and support right now.
Thanks
Anelie, Moni and Connie
